The second round of the 2025 NCAA Women’s Tournament is underway, and so far it has not lacked any action with some upset scares and even a heartbreaking overtime loss at home for Kentucky.

Reigning national champion South Carolina advanced to its 11th consecutive Sweet 16 by overcoming a confident Indiana team, but we are still waiting to see the full list of teams advancing to the quarterfinals.

Sunday’s action will wrap up with No. 1 overall seed UCLA taking on No. 8 seed Richmond at 10 p.m. ET. The second half of the Round of 32 takes place Monday with No. 1 seeds USC and Texas taking the stage.

After No. 10 Oregon suffered a six-point loss to No. 2 Duke on Sunday, No. 10 South Dakota State is the only double-digit seed remaining. However, this year there are a lot of dangerous teams that are serious contenders outside of the No. 1 seeds.

An interesting wrinkle to the women’s tournament as opposed to the men is that the highest seed in the four-team pods plays host for the first weekend. Then, two cities — Birmingham, Alabama, and Spokane, Washington — will host the Sweet 16 and Elite Eight before the remaining teams head to Florida for the Final Four and national championship game in Tampa.

Below is all the information you’ll need to keep up with the action. Be sure to check back in on this page as it will be updated with matchups and tip times over the next three weeks.
